SmartDraw sells a software package for creating business graphics. The SmartDraw website (http://www.smartdraw.com) presents numerous templates and examples of the types of graphics the software produces. Study ONE of the examples to see the extent to which it conforms to the design principles discussed in Chapter 12 for that type of graphic. For instance, you might note that one of the examples of bar charts does not present the raw data or percentages represented by the bars, or that the colors misrepresent the quantities being portrayed. In no more than a two-page, double-spaced paper, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the graphic you studied. Submit your analysis as an attachment through the e-mail on Blackboard.
