Business Communication homework

Think of an example of when you either received a written negative message or had to write one.  Please describe the event and how you felt either delivering or receiving this message.  Was it crafted fairly? (Meaning was there a personal attack or hateful language included?) Was it factual?  Was it well written?  Anything else?
