Prep a 600 word memo based on why emoji's should not be used. The outline on the assignment is attached, along with an example of the memo format. Anyhow, the memo must state a recommendation on why emoji's shouldn't be used (Summary/recommendation section). Discussion section, should emphasize emoji "cons", and why you recommend they aren't used. For example, certain hand gestures in other countries are interpreted as a sign of disrespect, compared to how we interpret in the U.S. So if you send an emoji with a specific hand gesture, it may be offensive. The Way-forward section should discuss how you plan to implement the recommendation into the company. What protocol you'll exercise for the company not to use this form of communication, and how you'll notify the organization of the alteration (new implementation).
