This week:

You are required to prepare a four- to five-page report addressing the following:

• Identify the tools and techniques to assess the intervention’s effectiveness.
• Describe the required corrective actions if the results deviate from the expected outcomes.

Use OD tools that may help you determine whether this intervention is effective or not. In other words, you are evaluating your own project to see whether what you propose would yield the desired results.
