Assume you are non-profit business  responsible for the coordination:

·         To build and seed capacity of community-based organizations that serve Downtown Staten Island.

·         Help Small Business Service and Downtown Staten Island grantees troubleshoot program challenges and align multiple Neighborhood projects around common goals, messaging, impact measurements

·         Leverage new partnerships with local anchor institutions and businesses to support Neighborhood project implementation and growth

·         Build a Downtown Staten Island neighborhood steering committee to plan, implement, and sustain ongoing commercial revitalization efforts

Describe your organization's relationships with local stakeholders and how you will leverage existing and new partners to support your Neighborhood  projects.
