Pick a process that you think you would like to use for your Personal Process Improvement Project and draw a SIPOC diagram of it.  You will need this for your final project so construct it in a format that you will be able to easily import it into that project.

Remember inputs are things not actions (e.g an inputs for feeding the dog are:  bowl, food, dog).

Suppliers are people/places where you get the things (inputs) (e.g. pet store, grocery store).

The process is the set of  actions you take (e.g. get bowl, pour food in, put on floor, call dog).

Once you complete the process you produce an output (e.g. in this case a fed dog).

Your customer is whoever receives the output (e.g. your dog, you).
