1. Complete Assurance of Learning Exercise 5E, Steps 1–2, on text page 167.
2. Complete Assurance of Learning Exercise 5H on text page 169. (Note: If you cannot visit the business owner or representative in person, then make sure that you communicate with them via telephone and/or email. In addition, be sure that the business owner or representative understands that you are not asking for proprietary information.)
3. Have your Group Leader place the results of the exercise(s) in a single document and post it to the Group Assurance of Learning Exercise 3 forum of your Group Discussion Board. Include your names, class, section number, group number, and the number of the exercise(s) on the attachment (ex: 1B, Step 3). Be sure that the assignment is in a business professional format; include current APA citing and referencing. Late assignments will not be accepted.
