We live in a global society and it is common for organizations to outsource and offshore production to countries where workers are paid lower wages. Obviously, there are different views on this practice....on one side are the people who think that a company should have the right---and responsibility to do whatever is necessary to create profits, and that everyone benefits when the company is able to be successful. However, on the other side are those who complain that U.S. workers are losing jobs when this occurs. Provide your opinion regarding outsourcing and offshoring. Has it had any impact on your industry?
