PART I Instructor Feedback: “How does this new concept apply to the company’s current strategy? As the CEO I am asking how this new concept ties to DuPont’s current direction. Some suggestions for the vision may be to remove “number 1” and replace with “premier provider”; you may also want to shorten the vision. Keep it to the market share and relationship. You can add in the “we achieve this by” part in your strategy.

PART II Instructor Feedback (SWOTT): “So I am seeing things in your external analysis but not in your SWOTT chart. I want more in your SWOTT chart than just 1-2 bullet points. Your “SW” needs some work. I would have liked to see more emphasis on what the company has and what it lacks, I felt a bit shortchanged.” 

CREATE PART 4

Write a 700- to 1,050-word section (part of the 4,200 to 5,250 words for consolidated

final strategic plan ABOVE) for your business model and strategic plan in which you

ADD your strategies and tactics to implement and realize your objectives, measures, and targets.

Include marketing and information technology strategies and tactics.

Develop at least three methods to monitor and control your proposed

strategic plan, being sure to analyze how the measures will advance

organizational goals financially and operationally.

Explain the ethical issues faced by the organization, summarize the

legal and regulatory issues faced by the organization, and then

summarize the organization's corporate social responsibility.

Develop a 350-word page executive summary defining the new division

of existing business.

Share your Vision, Mission, final business model, value proposition and list

your key assumptions, risks, and change management issues.

Quantify the growth and profit opportunity and planned impact on various stakeholders.

Note: Any investor should be eager to meet with you after reading your

executive summary.

Format paper consistent with NEW APA guidelines.

Must include CITATIONS - consistent with APA format.

Must have a minimum of 5 References and a Reference Page consistent with APA format (may use SAME references from previous papers for Business Model and Strategic Plan for E. I. duPont de Nemours & Company)
