One additional thing to remember about outlet stores and their merchandise is the fact that some outlet stores carry a different line of merchandise. For instance, years ago (I am not sure this is still the case), my husband and I were chatting with a manager in a Brooks Brothers outlet store. We were looking for a specific item and asked the manager about it. He told us that they have a different line of clothing in the outlet stores.
