• As you have developed your business plan, you have actually gone through the process of strategic management.  Based on what you have done and learned in this course so far, determine three to five (3-5) fundamental challenges of strategic management overall and why it's sometimes so difficult to develop and implement strategy for a company.
• Provide at least two (2) examples of companies in any industry that have faced any of the challenges you mentioned and your assessment of the way you believed the companies addressed the challenges.
