Ø  It has been stated that managers recognize time, cost, and resource estimates as critical if planning, executing, and monitoring and controlling are to influence the success of the project. From the e-Activity, select a guideline that project managers can follow to develop useful and valuable work package estimates. Provide a rationale for your selection.

Ø  The factors that influence the quality of estimates depend on the type of project. Refer to your Week 3 Assignment 1, and determine at least two factors that have an impact on the time and cost estimate aspects of a project. Support your answer.
