Ø  Per conventional wisdom, during the project audit, much time can be wasted if a formal method of project closure is not in place. Explain a systematic method of information handling, and determine at least three ethical responsibilities that the audits must follow.

"Project Completion"  Please respond to the following:

Ø  From the e-Activity, select at least two worksheets that you think you can use for your project. Next, determine at least two benefits of using these worksheets as you prepare to complete your project.

Ø  Assume you are a project manager in a midsized organization, and there is a new project member joining in your team. Determine at least two major benefits of project management oversight to the organization to the new project teammate. Provide a rationale for your response.
