In Week 4, you developed a QFD analysis. In this part of the project, you will continue using the tools for total quality management. Specifically, you will develop an SPC checklist and a Kaizen Five-Step Plan.

To complete this part of the project, complete the following tasks:

• Using the Theory of Constraints, develop a checklist you can use to evaluate the product.
• Using the Kaizen Five-Step Plan, evaluate your product.
