A business organization intends to develop a new e-commerce Web site to enable its customers to make online purchases of computers in a quicker and more efficient manner. The Web site will provide several language options for its international customers. As a result, information will be translated using different formats and languages, as needed. The business would like to determine whether this business plan would be a valuable investment. They need to make a decision based on SWOT analysis.

Suppose the organization has asked you to develop a strategic plan, using the SWOT analysis as the first step in the strategic planning process. To complete this job, perform the following tasks:
