In this paper, a project manager for a medium-sized manufacturer of motorcycle cruisers selects one organization that would develop of the larger touring class motorcycles for the company. This paper also recommends strategy to the senior executive that use by them to balance short- and long-term needs. This paper also describes the crucial resources that would need by a project manager to run the existing business and run the business of new production of touring class motorcycles. In addition, it also suggests the leadership style for the project manager to overseeing the operation of the business growth plan.
