Buisness Contract

Need a legal Contract made up for Paradis 3D Printing. This contract needs to cover him in his new business. He is making Deck Cases for Gaming store's putting their logo's/store names on them. You will need to think all leagal ramifications that can come up with this business and make the contract able to prevent anything from coming back on him. For instance the store buys cases from him and can't sell them. It should be covered in the contract that he is not responsible.
