Budget: shortfall

1. You are the City Manager of the City of Anywhere.  During your current mid-year budget review, you have learned that 20% of your anticipated general revenue will not be realized in the next fiscal year.  You have called a meeting of your Department Directors to consider next fiscal year’s shortfall and propose a plan for the City Council’s action.
