Create a cultural competence assessment tool for human services professionals.

Include an introduction to the tool that discusses cultural issues and how they relate to the delivery of service. The tool should contain 30 original items that will be used to assess a human services professional's knowledge, skills, and experience regarding multicultural factors in human services. Think of this as a checklist for professionals to rate themselves on areas where they are exceling or need improvement in the three areas. You can use True/False, Lickert Scale(1-5 scale), etc. Make sure its uniform and makes the Professional think about where they are with cultural issues and where they can improve.
