Select an organization of your choice and develop an 8- to 10-slide Microsoft^® PowerPoint^®presentation, with speaker notes, that explains a plan to welcome new employees. Address the following points in your plan: 

• Background information about the organization and why it is a good place to work
• A socialization plan that the employees will be a part of as they integrate into their new roles
• Strategies that will be used to increase and maintain employee motivation
• An employee development strategy 

Format your presentation consistent with APA guidelines.

Note. The presentation should only include key points while the speaker notes should include details about the plan and act as your voice for the presentation.
