  • Number of employees 

Research company policies of a business or businesses that are similar to the one you just established (you will find many of these on the Internet). 

Create a 700- to 1050- word customer service policy or your store based on your research. Include the following information in your store policy:

  • Components of a  good customer service environment
  • Customer service expectations of sales associates
  • How to deal with difficult customers
  • How to deal with returns and exchanges
  • Additional information discovered in your research you feel is important to review.
