Interview one customer service representative and one customer service manager at a retail store near them. This can be done in person or by phone. 

Include the name and place of the business along with the names of the individuals you interviewed. 

Ask each interviewee the following questions:

• What are the key components of your customer service requirements?
• What are the biggest customer service challenges your store faces?
• What strategies do you use for effective customer service? 

Think about a time when you received poor customer service.

• Based on the responses to your interview questions, how would you coach that customer service representative to deliver quality customer service?
