This section covered information about the Cherokee tribe of Georgia. For this assignment, students will use a general Internet search to collect information about Native American tribes of Georgia, other than the Cherokee. Students will find at least three tribes native to the area of Georgia and give details about that tribe.

Students should locate information, pictures, and other useful information and provide a detailed look at each tribe. Remember that MLA citations should be used for any information that is borrowed or used as a source. An MLA works cited page should also be included in the report. The report should be presented in a PowerPoint format.
