The barghest, the fairy, and the elf are only three of the mythical creatures that appear in English mythology. The task for this assignment is to do a Webquest and find at least three other mythical creatures that appear in the myths, legends, or folklore of English mythology.
The barghest is a specific creature, however the elves and fairies are more general. Students may find a specific creature, or may find a more specific fairy or elf character. Be sure to explain the creature's origin, nature, and story.
