Animoto is an online slideshow maker. The basic version, which can create up to 30-second slideshows, is available for free. The task for this assignment is creating an Animoto slideshow that depicts aspects of the Japanese creation story. Students should create a slideshow with images. Provide a written document that explains each image's meaning.
In a Word document, include the link for the Animoto slide show, as well as the written explanation for each picture. Explanations should be written in grammatically correct, complete sentences.
Students can use the creation story from above, or do some additional research in order to find an alternate creation story or extra information to correspond to this story. Students can create a free account (or choose to pay for an upgraded account) on the Animoto website. There is also a tutorial available. Use the link in the sidebar to access the tutorial.
