Book/Movie Compare and Contrast Paper Guidelines The paper is to be three (3) pages long, double spaced with one (1) inch margins all the way around with a twelve (12)point font size in either Courier New or Times New Roman font. The due date for the review is April 10. INSTRUCTIONS: First, read a book based on American history. Next, watch the movie based on the book. Finally, write a three page paper comparing and contrasting the book with the movie. To do this, simply tell me what the book and the film had in common, and then tell me how they differed. The first section of your paper should explain what the book and film are about. The second section should be comparing and contrasting the book and the movie. The third section should briefly discuss the historical accuracy of the book and the film, and it should also include your opinion about the book and the movie by telling me which one you liked better. You may choose a book/film from the list provided or you may choose something on your own. If you choose a book/film on your own, you must first clear it with me.
