BOGUS Vs AUTHENTIC EMPOWERMENT

• How can you ensure that your plan and approach won’t end up as bogus empowerment? To accomplish this, complete the following activities: 
  
  • Locate and review one-two peer-reviewed journal articles relating to bogus and genuine empowerment
  • Compare the features of your plan against the characteristics of bogus empowerment vs. genuine empowerment to show how your plan incorporates the features of genuine empowerment rather than bogus empowerment
  • Summarize your findings in the form of a 2 pages reflection paper
