To copy words/sentences/paragraphs word for word even if you state where they came from without indicating direct quotes, innocently or intentionally is incorrect. A paper is not a culmination of direct quotes.

Write a  paper defining  
1. plagiarism - making sure you truly understand this.
2. then write what you did wrong on the first papers you submitted.
3. then write how you rectified the paper/reports you resubmitted and how you will write them in the future.

I have attached the first paper that was done (on here by another teacher and i failed) with my professors remarks.  I have also attached the revised paper that was done on here.  Please use that in writing thi paper.
