Biology assistance needed

1. Observe the chamelion/insect interaction  in the image found  url: http://polaris.umuc.edu/~glaugel/camilion.jpg).    Identify two evolved traits that provide survival benefits to either the chamelion, the insect, or both.  For one of the traits, speculate about the trait's history in the species.  What was the creature like before the trait appeared? 

Genetic changes don't have to be linked to huge phenotypic changes.  Most are tiny tweaks in phenotypes that nevertheless have survival value. 

2. Compare one pre-Darwinian and Darwinian views of origins of variety of life on earth. 

3. The famous ethologist (evolutionary behaviorist) Konrad Lorenz quoted his mentor Stressman as saying “Bones are just like wax in the hands of evolution”. Briefly discuss this statement in view of our ideas about evolution.
