For bill-tutor: Diversity Final

I have submitted a draft verison of my final presentation (attached)  This is the feedback from my professor;

"As you probably know, this should be more about visuals, and these are lacking in this presentation.  I would thus recommend using more pictures, and especially graphs and tables that show the data related to this topic.  And, the text that is included doesn’t have much in terms of scholarly research or theoretical framework.  This is imperative, particularly for a subject topic like this one. "

Please add what the professor is looking for.  I need about another two more minutes of informaiton
