Review the information in the scenario. Note especially the requirements that Pat has defined in the e-mail.

Prepare your materials for the memo to your boss in the scenario by reviewing the key points in Ch. 13-17 of your text. Pay particular attention to the practical information about the rights and obligations of employers in various situations, and think of some examples to illustrate your points that are suitable for use in your outline.

Write the outline for your boss in no more than 1,400 words, using outline form as shown in Pat’s e-mail to you in Scenario Three.
