Ben and Jerry + strategic issue ( globalization )

With the information gathered in Phase II and the internal firm analysis from Phase III, identify  one major strategic issue the company faces and must tackle now in order to place it in a better position into the future (3-5 years out). Provide a draft copy of your two strategic issues to your instructor.  See due date in syllabus.
