2, Use your knowledge and experiences of your organisation's business practices and culture to consider the impact of the change on all stakeholders. compare and contrast the interest, rights and values of all parties involved in the issues to identify conflicts that exist.
Finally to consider any ethical issues that emerge as a result of the change. Organisational theories and how they relate to the topic or issue of interest should also be applied.
3, Imagine that you have been appointed as an external change management consultant to an organisation that you currently work in or alternatively, an organisation you are familiar with, perhaps through your previous employment or business dealings. Your task is to report to the CEO with an action plan and recommendations for leading and managing the change successfully In an organisation. The plan must be both engaging and offer realistic ideas for implementation.
