Read the following handouts, Six principles of behavior management and Finding the causes of misbehavior. Discuss the significance of negative consequences and positive reinforcement when seeking to improve the behaviors and attitudes of children in the childcare setting. Using the weekly readings and other credible resources as a guide, identify and evaluate three strategies for creating a positive behavior support plan.
