This is a balance scorecard assignment. I would like to do part 4 (highlighted in yellow) of the instruction document. In point iii of my section you have to develop an objective, a measure and an initiative, which is a scorecard set, for 2 of the 3 perspectives as noted in the assignment (you will find Info about Molson coors company in the attached document). In point iv you have to compare both of those 2 scorecard sets you developed in iii to the scorecard sets developed by every person in our group 2 for Central City Brewery which is illustrated in third document attached (part2). Point v is simply a catch-all to cover anything else you think is interesting but not already covered in points i to iv. please contact me if you need any clarification.
