Background investigation policy presentation

 This is a team assignment I only require the following:

 As the security management team for a high-tech computer company, your Learning Team must create a policy for conducting background checks on individuals who will be hired and employees who will be promoted.

Create a proposal for a background investigations policy to be presented to the human resources department for approval and adoption. Your presentation should be appropriately focused so it best promotes your policy proposal to the organization.  

Write a 200- to 300-word policy that addresses the following areas in the background check and the parameters by which they are Investigated:

- Specific criminal offenses that preclude hiring

-Actions to be taken if non- favorable information is discovered  

Create a 2- to 3 slides with detailed speaker notes.  

Format your policy and presentation consistent with APA guidelines.  

Provide 2 scholarly references, i.e. not wiki, college times, etc...  

Less than 10% plagiarism
