Automobile Buying Process Map / Diagram

Create a process map that diagrams the consumer automobile buying process from beginning to end. 

Steps may include but not limited to:

Consumer conducts research

Consumer goes to dealership/multiple dealerships

Test drive

Price negotiation

Credit/loan approval

Paperwork

New car setup/cleaning, etc.

Drive off

Differentiate your process steps using consistent symbols.

Look for problems in the process, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, rework, delays, communication breakdowns, and steps that don’t make sense.

 


Should be well organized planned out and aesthetically pleasing. Utilization of colors and imagery to make it appealing to viewers
