1- Draw a line parallel to the curb-line 75' over on the northerly side.

2- Draw a circle with a radius of 120' (75'+45'=120') with center point, the end of the center-line.

3- Connect the point of intersection of the line and the circle to the end of the center-line.

4- Draw two circles, one with radius of 75' and one with radius of 45'. You should know where the center points are.

5- Start breaking up the circle elements and trimming them to reflect the proper arcs.

Steps 1,2 and 3 on the hw diagram are provided so you may be able to locate the easement lines properly. They are not to be shown on your hw dwg.

Exercise good judgment as to what is supposed to be shown on your hw dwg and what was meant to be mark-ups to help you draw the dwg.

Do all work to the format and standards of the provided sample.
