Choose an organization that you have worked at or are familiar with and examine the type of change experienced (current or past employer or a company that your facilitator approves). This is an organization that you will be using throughout the entire class.
Reflect on how the leadership introduced/announced the change and the reason for the change.
Prepare an infographic using Microsoft® PowerPoint® that you will share with the class and that covers the following:
- Describe the organization (business structure, size, industry, environmental scan) (2 points)
- Identify the type of change. (2 points)
- Explain how the change was communicated. (2 points)
- Identify which leaders were involved in the communication. (2 points)
- Identify the change model (if possible). (2 points)
