Select a contemporary issue that is of interest to the team.  

Create an attitude survey using the team’s selected issue. 

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper in which the team explains the steps taken to create its survey.  Address the following items in the team’s paper:

• Explain the purpose of the survey.
• Discuss the preliminary design issues you experienced in creating your survey.
• Describe the specific instructions for administering, scoring, and interpreting your survey.

Upload a copy of the created survey as a separate document, and clearly marked as the instrument as opposed to the paper.
