Using the re-carpeting project as your model, compare and contrast the effect of monitoring performance against the earned value baseline. You will have to analyze your project data to build the monitoring performance and earned value baseline data required to complete this assignment. To begin your paper, provide a summary of the project. Include the following in the final report:
