Brief description of the company :

AT&T is an American telecommunications company that provides its costumers with advanced mobile services. It offers people with better connection to the internet from their work, home or while they're traveling. AT&T provide helpful solutions to businesses as well.

AT&T company provides AT&T toggle which is an application that allows the user to access both personal and business information separately. Also the application helps the users to use their own devices at work instead of the company's.

Brief explanation of the previous IT/IS situation :

                  Previously , AT&T company adopted a situation where every employee used the company’s IT equipment and facilities .That situation resulted in a very slow job flow and accomplishment because employees only perform their IT duties on job and not at home using company’s devices only.

Reasons behind adopting the changes :

AT&T company adopted AT&T toggle application in order for employees to use their own devices at work instead of the company’s and therefore, they can work from home as well.

This application provides peace of mind to the organizations with  regard to the security of sensitive information since the application provides password -protected workspace.

Also, it allows us companies execute agreements out side the USA with foreign customers.
