Restaurants should have a unifying theme that is pervasive in the design of their menu, decor, and website.

Choose 4 of the 5 different restaurant types: luxury restaurant; family-style restaurant;
casual dining, ethnic or theme; and quick-service restaurant, from restaurant websites
from the Internet. Then compare the four websites and library article addressing the
three checklist items below

1. Discuss the theme for each of four restaurant types you select from the list of five types above.
2. How do the menu, interior decor, and building exterior support their theme?
3. Identify and discuss the level of service offered by each restaurant.
