assignment, identify and explain one antitrust case that the U.S. federal government either brought against a firm or began investigating.  Write a 1 page typed summary of the case.  The case might be recent or historical, but do not use the Standard Oil or Microsoft cases. Be sure to identify the U.S. antitrust law involved in the case or investigation and whether the accused firm was convicted or acquitted.  Use citations as necessary.  Save your document in MS-Word format and submit it through the Quiz 7 link under the Resources link on Blackboard by the start of class on Thursday, October 20th.
