Based on this article and our textbook readings, why do you think it is important to examine the relationship between Alzheimer's Disease and activity levels? How are the two related? 



Take a look at the activities listed at the end of the article and reflect on your own activity levels. What is your diversity score? What about your intensity score and percentage intensity score? If you want/can, you can assess your scores from both early adulthood (20s and 30s) and middle adulthood (40s and 50s). What do your scores suggest, based on what you have learned? Is there anything you would change? Why or why not? How would you implement those changes?
