Managerial Problem-Solving Memo

You are a sales manager in an industrial cleaning supply organization. Over the past three months the sales in your department have declined significantly. In a one to two page memo to your boss, suggest a problem-solving process you would recommend to solve this problem. Justify why this is the best approach. You must support your work with a minimum of three academic sources.

Follow APA format. Include a title page and reference page. Use outside academic sources other than the textbook, course materials, or other information provided as part of the course materials.
