Attend one of the cooking demonstrations that USU Senior dietetics students are putting on at Natural Grocers (approximately 10th North and Main Street in Logan, next to Als Sports Goods) and write a paragraph about what you learned and how you plan to apply what you learned to your life (5 points). Your paragraph should include at least 5 full sentences for full credit. You must attend the entire demonstration and you must sign the attendance sheet at the presentation (the presenters will provide this). You can attend any number of these demonstrations, but I will only accept ONE for extra credit.
