Negotiating across cultures is a necessity for success in the global business world.  Unfortunately, cross-cultural negotiations frequently result in less-effective pie expansion than intra-cultural negotiations; part of the problem is a lack of understanding of cultural differences.  What strategies would you use to expand your slice of the pie in intra-cultural negotiations?
