Using the official NSW Legislation website, locate 1 statute relating to an aspect of sentencing in NSW, and 1 statute related to domestic violence, both of which must be currently in force.

For each statute:

A. Correctly cite each Act.

B. Briefly state, in your own words [do not simply copy/paste the text of the statute], the purpose of the Act. In explaining the purpose of the Act, your answer must be supported with the use of at least 1 intrinsic source and 1 extrinsic source.

C. You must cite your sources correctly, in accordance with AGLC3.
