Assignment 5 - You are a project manager for Lullnet Corporation

You are a project manager for Lullnet Corporation, a manufacturer of software solutions. You are half-way through your project and have been asked to provide a status report to the Steering Committee. Using the attached Excel file as a basis, provide a written report stating the status of the project. Your report should be no longer than 2 pages in length, excluding the Excel file calculations and charts.

TO DO:
1) Do a forward and backward pass, creating the network diagram. Use the legend to the left as a guide to place your numbers in the correct box
2) Identify the critical path in red.

You will use this information for your EVM analysis based on the data in the "Dashboard" tab
TO DO: 
1)  Fill out the Project Performance Metrics for all of the EVM data showing up through period 6
2) Create charts for the following metrics:
 a) PV, AC, EV
 b) CPI, SPI, TCPI
 c) BAC, EAC
3)  Give an analysis of the project (no more than 2 pages, not including charts and excel file) and report the status for week 6
4)  Each period is equal to 2 weeks, therefore there are 24 weeks in this project
5) Make sure to include references and citations to support your position
